Postage and Handling

Goods will be sent on the next working day after payment clears, (if they are in stock). If any items are out of stock, we will notify you of the expected delivery date and hold or refund your payment. You choose.

New Zealand Delivery

All shipments (except islands) will be send by courier. Pick ups and deliveries are made Monday to Friday only. Allow an extra 2-3 days if you place your order over the weekend.
Islands will be delivered with NZ standard post.

Discreet packaging assured, your parcel will arrive in a unmarked courier bag. We mention a return phone number on the bag and do NOT include our business name.

If you have not received your parcel within 5 days of placing your order and clearing payment, contact us know at info@please2tease.co.nz so that we can track the item for you.

Rural New Zealand Delivery

Allow for 2-3 working days for outlying and rural delivery areas.
